The curators of the BELLHAUS Art Galerie & Atelier and internationally acclaimed chef Siobhan Dammert are cooking up another spectacular ART SUPPER CLUB experience, a multi-sensory interpretation of the work by collage artist Anne Lacheiner-Kuhn. 
A Special Effects Snow Technician for film and TV in Europe, Anne herself is a force of nature, robust in personality with a fervent energy that seems on the verge of bursting into flames.
Siobhan Dammert conceptualised the culinary interpretation of Anne’s art with a tactile menu of colours, textures, and tastes that are raw and provocative; sharp edges, tart and sweet, saucy and spikey. 
The chef’s approach to the food-art fusion is that it is an interactive, creative dance. By eating, the guest becomes part of the artistic process. Part artist, part subject, and part audience. Food is inherently a fusion of things- culture yes, but it is also a sensory pleasure, social lubricant, spiritual ritual, and basic human need.
This particular Supper Club experience begs for openness, for playfulness and guests can look forward to a bespoke evening of extraordinary food, wine, and liberating conversation. Come surrender to an experience that is so much more than the sum of the parts.

An exploration of touch and taste. Construct your own salad, harvesting from a carpet of, amongst others, sprouts & perfuming vinaigrette, Mutete (wild spinach), fermented Daikon radish, and Jasmin kombucha vinaigrette
IGNITE THE FIRES  
Speared, flame-grilled, dry-aged beef with voluptuous truffle gratin in creamy sauce Béarnaise
PRICKLY FEELINGS  
Cold mint, lime, and cucumber combine to cool down the palate
THE DANCE  
Oolong tea flan with decadent caramel & coffee crumble

Each course is served in a different and spectacular way at our long table in the Bellhaus Galerie, which is transformed into a magical setting, a stage for a beautiful performance of food, and a fanciful collaboration between like-minded adventurers.
