The Everyday Art Collection

I'm an aesthete, and everything I make comes from the natural world. I've worked through interior architecture, painting and making, and I look after the land through my skincare label, Wonderveld. Raw materials are where I start — wood, stone, wool, clay, canvas, paper — and the earth is where I find most of my ideas.

The Everyday Art Collection is about the old, daily kind of artistry — the crafts and rituals of generations before us — carried into things you can actually live with. I make it alongside other artists, working in wood, stone, wool, textiles, ceramics, canvas and paper, and the point is simple: honest, beautiful things that come from the earth and belong in everyday life.

It's also a platform. The collection gives fellow artists at BELLHAUS a place to sell their work, and a way to build a community of makers around accessible, practical art — art you use, not just art you look at.

The pieces are for living with. A gift, something for your home, a carpet, a vessel for flowers, a painting, or a poster you can roll up and carry across the world with you. Each one stands on its own and finds its place wherever you put it.

There's a lot of Africa in this collection — its everyday rituals, its heritage, its makers — old stories and new ones sitting side by side. Come see it. It's available at the gallery now.
